The Core One chassis has several slot-shaped holes in the panels that compromise the thermal enclosure. Covering these holes significantly improves the printer's ability to maintain a stable chamber temperature.
Why it matters
The panel holes create air gaps that allow heat to escape, reducing the effectiveness of the enclosed chamber. This is particularly important when printing with materials that benefit from a heated chamber (ASA, ABS, PC).
